配列にまだ要素があるかどうかを調べます。

この関数にはパラメータはありません。

配列にまだ要素がある場合に true、それ以外の場合に false を返します。

This function will return TRUE whenever the iterator is within the array bounds, even if unset() has been called on the current element.
