Pdo\Pgsql::copyToArray — Copy data from database table into PHP array

Copies data from tableName into array using separator as fields delimiter and fields list
tableNameString containing table name.
separator
Delimiter used to separate fields in an entry of the
rows array.
nullAs
How to interpret SQL NULL values.
fieldsList of fields to export.
Returns an array of rows, or false on failure.

Each returned element is one record, with fields joined by
separator and a trailing newline.
